What file formats do you accept for photos?
JPEG/PNG recommended. HEIC converts on most iPhones but may take longer. For the best results, upload high-resolution images.
Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?
We sell our custom photo magnets as a set. You can order as many sets as you need.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days. Holidays may result in delayed shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders arrive within one week of shipping. Note: Shipping times may be impacted by national holidays. We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the USA.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What size are the magnets?
Our classic magnets are 2x2 inches. Our flexible magnets are 3.125x3.75 inches or 4x2.5 inches, perfect for displaying memories on your fridge or creating mini-gallery walls.
What materials are used for the magnets?
We use high-quality paper and durable materials to ensure your magnets are vibrant and long-lasting.
